Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy

The Denali Borough is developing a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). The CEDS process is designed to bring together the public and private sectors in the creation of an economic development roadmap to diversify and strengthen the regional economy. The Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) contributes to effective economic development through a place-based, regionally driven economic development planning process. Public engagement will begin in spring 2026 with the goal of finalizing the plan in February 2027.
