ORDINANCE NO. 95-01

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ANDERSON, ALASKA TO CONTINUE LAND USE PLANNING, PLATTING, AND REGULATION WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY.

 

BE IT ENACTED by the Assembly of the Denali Borough, Alaska that:

 

 

 

Section 1.  Classification.  This Ordinance is of a general and permanent nature.

 

Section 2. Purpose.  The purpose of this ordinance is to authorize the City of Anderson, Alaska to continue land use planning, platting, and regulation within the City limits.

 

Section 3. Authority. 

 

a).  Alaska Statutes, Article 4. Sec. 29.35.250 (b) Cities inside boroughs.

b).  Article 2. Sec. 29.05.140 Transition.

c).  Chapter 25. Municipal Enactments. Sec. 29.25.010 Acts required to be by ordinance.

 

Section 4.  Effective Date.  This ordinance becomes effective upon adoption by the Denali Borough Assembly and signature of the Mayor.
