DENALI BOROUGH, ALASKA

RESOLUTION NO. 95-16

A RESOLUTION OF THE DENALI BOROUGH ACCEPTING THE FY 1996

MUNICIPAL CAPITAL MATCHING GRANT.

WHEREAS, the State of Alaska has established the Municipal Capital Project Matching Grant Program under AS 37.06; and

WHEREAS, the State of Alaska has made available under this program Grant #96/541-9-001 for $52,996 to construct a chamber of Commerce building; and

WHEREAS, the Denali Borough has agreed to contribute $9,352 through in-kind labor via the Greater Healy Chamber of Commerce as its share of the project. This share will be contributed in the form of in-kind labor and services.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Denali Borough Assembly agrees to accept the above referenced funds for the purpose intended in this resolution, will provide its share of the project total, and agrees to abide by the terms of the agreement for the project.

Passed and approved by a duly constituted quorum of the Denali Borough Assembly on this 27TH day of August, 1995.
