ORDINANCE NO. 91-12

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ASSEMBLY MEETINGS TO PROVIDE FOR CHANGES IN

THE TIME, DATE, AND LOCATION OF REGULAR ASSEMBLY MEETINGS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE DENALI BOROUGH:

Section 1. Classification.

This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature.

Section 2. Chapter 7, Section 3 amended.

Section 3 of Chapter 7 of the Denali Borough Code of Ordinances is hereby amended as follows:

Section 3. Regular assembly meetings. All ... Anderson School Auditorium. The date and/or location of individual regular meetings may be changed by a majority vote of the Assembly, provided such changes are published per Chapter 1, Section 2 of this code. In the event ...

Section 3. Effective Date.

This ordinance becomes effective upon adoption by the Denali Borough Assembly and signature of the Mayor.
