DENALI BOROUGH, ALASKA

ORDINANCE NO. 95-06

INTRODUCED BY: DENALI BOROUGH LAND USE PLANNING COMMITTEE

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SELECTION OF A PERMANENT SITE FOR THE DENALI BOROUGH LANDFILL.

BE IT ENACTED by the Assembly of the Denali Borough, Alaska that:

Section 1. Classification. This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature.

Section 2. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to select the landfill site for the residents of the Denali Borough.

Section 3. Geographic location. The Denali Borough will pursue the S. Side of Panguingue Creek through the Department of Transportation, material site number is 372-143-2.

Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance becomes effective upon adoption by the Denali Borough Assembly and signature of the Mayor.
