DENALI BOROUGH, ALASKA

RESOLUTION NO. 91‑07

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BOROUGH MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR BOROUGH OFFICE SPACE WITH THE RAILBELT SCHOOL DISTRICT.

WHEREAS, the Denali Borough Assembly is in need of space to house its offices; and,

WHEREAS, executive power is vested in the borough mayor, and

WHEREAS, the seat of the Denali Borough is Healy and there is space available at the Railbelt School District Office Building with adequate meeting space available,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Denali Borough Assembly authorizes the Mayor to enter into any and all necessary negotiations to rent such space on behalf of the Denali Borough.

PASSED and APPROVED by the DENALI BOROUGH ASSEMBLY this Fourteenth day of April, l991.
