DENALI BOROUGH, ALASKA

RESOLUTION NO. 93-14

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BOROUGH ADMINISTRATION

TO NEGOTIATE CUSTODIAL UPKEEP OF THE BOROUGH OFFICE.

WHEREAS, the Denali Borough Office is currently renting office space from the Tri-Valley Community Center; and

WHEREAS, the rental contract stated that upkeep of office space would be negotiated at a later time; and

WHEREAS, the office needs custodial upkeep in order to maintain a dust free area for Borough equipment, as well as a pleasant environment for office staff and Borough residents;

AND WHEREAS, the Community Center restrooms, hallways, and entrance way used by the Denali Borough staff and patrons is also maintained by the Tri-Valley Community Center custodian.

BE IT RESOLVED: that the Denali Borough will reimburse the Tri-Valley Volunteer Fire Department (TVVFD) for custodial services provided for by the Community Center custodian. The Borough will reimburse the TVVFD at a rate of $150 per month.
