AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3, SCHEDULE B (TIPPING FEES) OF ORDINANCE 99-01.
BE IT ENACTED by the Assembly of the Denali Borough, Alaska
that:
Section 1.
Classification.
This ordinance is of a general and
permanent nature.
Section 2. The
Purpose.
This ordinance is to modify the
Tipping Fees contained in Schedule B of section 3 of Ordinance 99-01.
Section 3. Schedule
B (Tipping Fees) is amended as follows.
The current Schedule B contained
within Section 3 of Ordinance 99-01 is hereby deleted and the following
Schedule B is inserted.

Section 4. Effective Date.

ordinance becomes effective upon adoption of the Borough Assembly and signature
