DENALI BOROUGH, ALASKA

RESOLUTION NO. 91‑01

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BOROUGH MAYOR TO OPEN ANY NECESSARY BANK ACCOUNTS WITH THE NATIONAL BANK OF ALASKA IN NENANA AND APPOINT CHECK SIGNERS TO THE ACCOUNT.

WHEREAS, it is necessary to open bank accounts to conduct the day to day financial operations of the Denali Borough; and,

WHEREAS, it is necessary to have sufficient check signers in addition to the mayor and the borough clerk/treasurer to sign on such accounts;

AND WHEREAS, such check signers should be reasonably accessible to the mayor and the borough clerk/treasurer

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the mayor open up all necessary bank accounts, including savings and checking accounts at the National Bank of Alaska in Nenana and be it further resolved that in addition to the mayor and the borough clerk/treasurer, assembly members Tucker, Claspill, Mercer and Holmes are authorized signatories on such accounts.
