AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PERMANENT SITE FOR A DENALI BOROUGH LANDFILL. (#2)

BE IT ENACTED by the Assembly of the Denali Borough, Alaska that:

Section 1. Classification. This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature.

Section 2. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to establish a landfill site for the residents of the Denali Borough.

Section 3. Geographic location. The Denali Borough will pursue the SE 1/4, Section 3 and the *NE 1/4, Section 10 T12S, R8W, Fairbanks Meridian, AK.

* That portion of the NE 1/4 Section 10 lying Northerly of Stampede Road, T12S, R8W, Fairbanks Meridian, Alaska.

Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance becomes effective upon adoption by the Denali Borough Assembly and signature of the Mayor.
