DENALI BOROUGH PLANNING COMMISSION

 

RESOLUTION NO. PC 03-05       

 

 

 

A RESOLUTION PROVIDING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL FOR PLAT 03-002VAC.  A PROPOSED VACATION AND PROVIDING AN ALTERNATIVE PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT NEAR FERRY, ALASKA.

 

WHEREAS:  All formal acts by the Planning Commission must be by resolution; and

 

WHEREAS:  Plat 03-002VAC, a proposed vacation and providing alternative public access easement located within the proposed subdivision of Tract A, ASLS 890077, Section 22, T10S, R8W, F.M., Alaska has been submitted for preliminary approval; and

 

WHEREAS:  The aforementioned plat has been reviewed by the Planning Technician; and

 

WHEREAS:  The State of Alaska, DNR has written a letter of non-objection, with conditions, for the proposed vacation of this public easement; and

 

WHEREAS:  The Planning Commission has reviewed this plat; and

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:  The Denali Borough Planning Commission approves this preliminary plat with the following requirements: 1. That the plat for the proposed subdivision plat of tract A must show the details of this 25’ Public Access Easement vacation including the dimensions of width and length and showing the details of the proposed 30’ alternate Public Access and Utility Easement on either side of Lot 1 and Lot 2, and 2. That the two conditions contained within the DNR letter dated May 22, 2003 concerning the Easement Vacation and proposed alternate of Tract A are met.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:  The Planning Technician shall adjudicate the final plat after the above changes/corrections have been made if any.

 

PASSED and APPROVED by the DENALI BOROUGH ASSEMBLY this 11th day of June, 2003.
