DENALI BOROUGH, ALASKA

RESOLUTION NO. 92-06

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE DENALI BOROUGH ADMINISTRATION TO

APPLY FOR THE ADEC SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLANNING GRANT.

WHEREAS, solid waste management is a health and safety concern to Denali Borough residents; and

WHEREAS, funds are available to evaluate current solid waste needs through an ADEC grant;

AND WHEREAS, solid waste management planning should be a function of the Denali Borough Assembly.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Denali Borough Assembly instruct the Borough Administration to apply for the appropriate grant prior to October 23, 1992.

PASSED and APPROVED by the DENALI BOROUGH ASSEMBLY this 11^th day of October, 1992.
