DENALI BOROUGH, ALASKA

RESOLUTION NO. 95-14

A RESOLUTION SEEKING TRANSFER OF THE TITLE OF THE COMMON LOT (TRACT A) TO THE PANGUINGUE CREEK HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION (PCHA).

WHEREAS, the PCHA is responsible for the "peace, health, comfort, safety and general welfare" of the members of the association.

WHEREAS, the transfer of the title of the common lot would increase the options available to the PCHA to generate funds to fulfill these responsibilities.

WHEREAS, the people of the Panguingue Creek Subdivision did direct the PCHA board of directors to pursue this matter in their September, 1991 membership meeting.

AND WHEREAS, the Board of Director's of PCHA did request the Denali Borough to pursue this matter.

BE IT RESOLVED: that the Denali Borough Assembly having no objections to the transfer of title of Tract A to PCHA, requests that the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) pursue the transfer of this title to the PCHA in a most timely manner. The PCHA agrees that the land will revert to the nearest municipality should the PCHA dissolve.
