RESOLUTION NO. 94-21

A RESOLUTION FORMALLY ACCEPTING THE MUNICIPAL CAPITAL PROJECT

MATCHING GRANT FOR THE PANGUINGUE CREEK ROAD CONSTRUCTION, PHASE II.

WHEREAS, the State of Alaska, Department of Administration Municipal Capital Project Matching Grant application has been approved for the Panguingue Creek Road Construction, Phase 1; grant number 95/541-8-001; and

WHEREAS, the Denali Borough Assembly desires the funding for the construction of platted gravel roads in the Panguingue Creek Subdivision; and

WHEREAS, the State share of this project is $39,466 and the Local share is $6,965, to be paid by the Panguingue Creek Homeowners in cash or in-kind services;

AND WHEREAS, a resolution is required from the Denali Borough Assembly to accept this grant.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Denali Borough Assembly formally accepts this grant and its conditions as listed in the grant agreement and directs the Mayor to sign this agreement.
