DENALI BOROUGH, ALASKA

RESOLUTION NO. 91‑17

A RESOLUTION TO REAPPOINT CHECK SIGNERS TO THE BOROUGH ACCOUNT HELD AT THE NATIONAL BANK OF ALASKA.

WHEREAS, previous check signer Darlene Tucker is no longer a member of the Denali Borough Assembly; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to have sufficient check signers in addition to the Mayor and the Borough Clerk/Treasurer to sign on such accounts; and

AND WHEREAS, such check signers should be reasonably accessible to the Mayor and the Borough Clerk/Treasurer; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that in addition to the Mayor and the Borough Clerk/Treasurer, Assembly members Don Mellecker, Dan Claspill, Baxter Mercer, and Eileen Holmes are authorized signatories on such Borough accounts.

PASSED and APPROVED by the DENALI BOROUGH ASSEMBLY this 17th day of November , 1991.
