DENALI BOROUGH, ALASKA

RESOLUTION NO. 93-01

A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE TRI-VALLEY STUDENT COUNCIL AND

THEIR ENDEAVORS TO HOST THE 1993 SPRING AASG CONFERENCE.

WHEREAS, the Alaska Association of School Governments (AASG) has given Tri-Valley School the opportunity to host the 1993 Spring Conference; and

WHEREAS, the Denali Borough Assembly supports the education of Alaska's youth; and

WHEREAS, this conference will benefit students throughout the Borough, as well as the State; and

WHEREAS, the Spring Conference allows students from across the State to meet together and learn about current State and Local issues;

AND WHEREAS, the Spring Conference allows students and advisors the opportunity to travel to the Denali Borough and enjoy its beauty.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Denali Borough Assembly support the endeavors of the Tri-Valley Student Council and the 1993 AASG Conference by donating $1,000.
