AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 96-04 PROVIDING FOR LAND USE REGULATION THE INITIAL ZONING OF THE BOROUGH.

BE IT ENACTED by the Assembly of the Denali Borough, Alaska that:

Section 1. Classification.

This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature.

Section 4. Election.

1.) Ballot propositions proposing zoning changes shall be submitted to the [qualified] registered voters residing within the area of the proposed change;

3. Effective Date. This ordinance becomes effective upon adoption by the Denali Borough Assembly and signature of the Mayor.
