RESOLUTION NO. PC 03-06

 

A RESOLUTION OF THE DENALI BOROUGH PLANNING COMMISSION FOR NONCONFORMING USE DETERMINATION WITHIN THE VILLAGE VIEW SUBDIVISION, DENALI BOROUGH, ALASKA.

 

 

WHEREAS, the Denali Borough Planning Commission received a Nonconforming Use Determination application and Nonconforming Determination Report No. 2003-03 for Lot 3, Block 6, located within Village View Subdivision, Denali Borough, Alaska; and

 

WHEREAS, the Denali Borough Planning Commission has posted and requested public comment on the nonconforming use and structures from residents and owners within the Village View Subdivision; and

 

WHEREAS, the Denali Borough Planning Commission has determined that under Ordinance 02-05, the Subarea Land Use Plan for Village View Subdivision, there exists nonconforming structures and uses in effect on said lots as of the date of the adoption of Ordinance 02-05.

 

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Denali Borough Planning Commission adopts the findings and recommendations of Report 2003-03, A Nonconforming Use Determination for Lot 3, Block 6, Village View Subdivision.
