AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE INITIAL
CODE OF ORDINANCES
FOR THE DENALI BOROUGH.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE DENALI BOROUGH
ASSEMBLY AS FOLLOWS:
Section l. Purpose.
We, the elected officials of the Denali Borough, Alaska, mindful of the responsibilities for
the welfare of our community which we hold as the Assembly of a home rule
Borough incorporated under the Constitution and laws of the State of Alaska,
and in order to provide local government of service to our people to meet their
needs, do establish this ordinance to be the Code of Ordinances for the Denali
Borough.
Section 2.
Classification. This ordinance is of a general
and permanent nature.

Section 4. Effective
date. This ordinance becomes effective upon
adoption by the Denali Borough Municipal Assembly and signature of the Mayor.
