RESOLUTION NO. 95-12

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND ACRES OF STATE LAND IN DENALI BOROUGH AS A PARTIAL MUNICIPAL LAND ENTITLEMENT SELECTION

WHEREAS, the Denali Borough is entitled to municipal entitlement land in accordance with AS 29.65 and the Municipal Entitlement Act;

AND WHEREAS, the Denali Borough Land Use Planning Committee has identified through the Comprehensive planning process approximately twenty five thousand (25,000) acres of State land in Denali Borough for partial fulfillment of its entitlement;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the following parcels of land listed on attached sheets totaling approximately twenty five thousand (25,000) acres shall be selected for Denali Borough municipal entitlement lands.
