RESOLUTION NO. 94-22

A RESOLUTION FORMALLY ACCEPTING THE MUNICIPAL CAPITAL PROJECT

MATCHING GRANT FOR THE HEALY COAL KINGS HOCKEY ASSOCIATION

WARM-UP SHACK CONSTRUCTION.

WHEREAS, the State of Alaska, Department of Administration Municipal Capital Project Matching Grant application has been approved for the Healy Coal Kings Hockey Association Warm-Up Shack Construction; grant number 95/541-9-002; and

WHEREAS, the Denali Borough Assembly desires the funding for the construction of this warm-up shack; and

WHEREAS, the State share of this project is $14,420 and the Local share is $2,545, to be paid by the Healy Coal Kings Hockey Association in cash or in-kind services;

AND WHEREAS, a resolution is required from the Denali Borough Assembly to accept this grant.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Denali Borough Assembly formally accepts this grant and its conditions as listed in the grant agreement and directs the Mayor to sign this agreement.
