DENALI BOROUGH, ALASKA

RESOLUTION NO. 94-23

A RESOLUTION TO REAPPOINT CHECK SIGNERS TO THE BOROUGH

ACCOUNTS HELD AT THE NATIONAL BANK OF ALASKA.

WHEREAS, previous check signer Kristina M. Graham is no longer the Denali Borough Clerk/Treasurer; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to have sufficient check signers in addition to the Borough Clerk/Treasurer and various Assembly members to sign on such accounts; and

AND WHEREAS, such check signers should be reasonably accessible to the Borough Clerk/Treasurer; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that Mayor John C. Gonzales, Borough Clerk/Treasurer Shelly L. Miller, Assembly members Don Mellecker, Baxter Mercer, Sid Michaels, and Scott Stowell are authorized signatories on such Borough accounts.

PASSED and APPROVED by the DENALI BOROUGH ASSEMBLY this 9th day of October, 1994.
