RESOLUTION NO.  95-19

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LAND SELECTION AGENT FOR DENALI BOROUGH MUNICIPAL ENTITLEMENT LANDS

 

 

 

WHEREAS, the Alaska Department of Natural Resources Division of Land is responsible for State lands in accordance with the Municipal Entitlement Act;

 

 

 

AND WHEREAS, the Department of Natural Resources Division of Land requires an official Land Selection Agent be designated to act on behalf of municipalities;

 

 

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:  Neal Laugman shall be designated the Land Selection Agent for Denali Borough, Alaska.

day of  August , 1995.
