DENALI BOROUGH, ALASKA

RESOLUTION NO. 93-06

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BOROUGH MAYOR TO INITIATE

THE ADOPTED BUDGET AMENDMENTS CONCERNING PERSONNEL PAY RAISES

AND INCREASED LEVELS OF RESPONSIBILITY.

WHEREAS, the budget for Fiscal Year 1994 is adopted to include salary and benefit increases for staff personnel; and,

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Denali Borough to increase responsibilities accordingly;

AND WHEREAS, such responsibilities will result in more efficient operations of Denali Borough local government,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that effective July 1, 1993 the Borough Clerk/Treasurer shall be promoted to Assistant Administrator/Borough Clerk/Treasurer and the Clerk shall be promoted to Deputy Borough Clerk.

THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that effective July 1, 1993 the personnel pay raises be initiated in accordance with the budget for Fiscal Year 1994. The Assistant Administrator/Borough Clerk/Treasurer will receive an annual salary of $32,500, and the Deputy Borough Clerk will be paid an hourly wage of $11.50/hr.
