AN ORDINANCE AMENDING DENALI BOROUGH ORDINANCE NO. 96-10 THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997.

BE IT ENACTED by the Assembly of the Denali Borough, Alaska that:

Section 1. Classification.

This is a non-code ordinance.

Section 2.

This ordinance list amendments to the Denali Borough budget for fiscal year 1997, to be effective no sooner than July 1, 1996 as follows:

1.) Amend the total of the School Operating Fund amount to be $889,504.

2.) Amend the total of the Denali Borough Permanent Investment Fund amount to be $150,000.

3.) Amend the total of the Assembly Budgetary Reserve to be $56,723.

Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance becomes effective upon adoption by the Denali Borough Assembly and signature of the Mayor.
