RESOLUTION NO. 91-11

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF THE DENALI BOROUGH OF HEALY, ALASKA AND ITS EMPLOYEES AND OFFICIALS IN THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM OF ALASKA AND THE PAYMENT OF THE REQUIRED PREMIUMS, PURSUANT TO A.S. 39.35.E.T.SEQ

WHEREAS, the Denali Borough wishes to implement the fringe benefits of its employees by adoption of a retirement system; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE DENALI BOROUGH OF HEALY ALASKA, that

1. Pursuant to A.S. 39.35.550 et.seq. the Assembly of the Denali Borough hereby request permission to become a participating employer of the Public Employees' Retirement System of Alaska.

2. All regular full-time or part-time employees and elected officials of the Denali Borough shall be participating members of the Public Employees' Retirement System of Alaska.
