ORDINANCE NO. 03-11

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ADOPTION OF THE CLASSIFICATION OF BOROUGH MUNICIPAL ENTITLEMENT LAND.

 

BE IT ENACTED by the Assembly of the Denali Borough, Alaska that:

 

Section 1. Classification. This ordinance is of a general and permanent nature.

 

Section 2. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to classify a Denali Borough Municipal Entitlement parcel.

 

Section 3. Authority.

 

1.)                Alaska Statutes Title 29.35.180

2.)                Denali Borough Code of Ordinances/ Title IV, Chapter 27.

 

Section 4. Borough Assembly Finding. Based on the Findings of Fact and recommendation from the Denali Borough Planning Commission for the classification of this parcel, the Denali Borough Assembly classifies the 280 acre parcel of land under Denali Borough Management Authority status, located within the E excluding the SE1/4S/E1/4, Township 12S, Range 8W, Section 26, F.M., commonly known as the Otto Lake area, Healy, Alaska as Recreational Development.

 

Section 5. Effective Date. This ordinance becomes effective upon adoption by the Denali Borough Assembly and signature of the Mayor.
